GBS was retained as the Construction Manager to assist the developer, Maiway Investments, in developing a new 6 story, 36 unit rental apartment.  Working within the Marpole Community Plan, the existing property with a 3 story, 13 unit rental apartment of 1950's vintage will be replaced with the new rental development.  The process will include rezoning of the property and relocation services for the existing tenants.  Anticipated schedule will be to start new construction by the end of 2018.
