When the Auberge Luxury Hotel required a complete 58 room and corridor renovation they looked to GBS for construction management expertise.  Working with Michael Tham, Project Manager and LDA Design, the renovation was completed in phases to maintain rooms in operation.  Challenges for GBS was to coordinate a major plumbing piping upgrade during renovation to the room's bathrooms.  The renovation was completed on time and on budget and the client was very satisfied.
