GBS has successfully completed a full building envelope remediation project for a long-standing client. The building had reached the latter stages of its lifecycle and was experiencing significant water ingress through both the walls and roofing system. 

 

The comprehensive scope of work included a full roof replacement, removal of the existing exterior cladding, and critical structural repairs. In addition, all windows were replaced, and new aluminum composite panels were installed to modernize and protect the building façade. The project also featured the installation of new storefront systems, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Despite the complexity of the work, the project was delivered on schedule and within budget—an achievement made possible by the dedication, coordination, and expertise of the GBS team over the eight-month construction period.
