GBS was selected as the construction manager to complete the hotel's 77 rooms, public areas, convention area with meeting rooms and ballrooms.  Working closely with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) and LDA Design, the renovation was executed in phases as to maintain safety to the public.  The renovation was completed on time and on budget with a satisfied client.  GBS was appreciative to receive a letter of recommendation from JLL.
