Having grown up in Burnaby, BC, and with post-secondary graduation from BCIT, in Building Technology, Denis’ 40+ year career has primarily focused on Property Development and Design Build Project/Construction Management in office, retail, recreation, industrial, residential hi-rise, gaming & entertainment and institutional developments.

Denis has typically partnered with Owner/Users, Developers, General Contractors and Construction Management teams, such as GBS, for single or multiple projects.  Denis plays a key role at GBS in not only Project Management, but Business Development and internal Team Building within GBS.   

     

Leisure time is spent golfing, boating, fly fishing and enjoying time with 4 grand kids.
