GBS was retained by Rodeo Jewellers as the construction manager for their new Downtown location.  Working with a hands on client and Nigel Walker & Associates, the new retail location showcases their luxury store-in-store brands.  The construction took place over a period of 16 weeks all while coordinating the different luxury brands' exacting needs and paying attention to their security requirements.  In order to accommodate both Rodeo and their major brand partner Breitling, the exterior was reconfigured to provide two separately designed entrances. Completing a high end jewellery boutique of this caliber required daily reviews of every detail to ensure there were no surprises leading to the day of their grand opening.  This project was delivered on time and on budget.
